Here is what I have found.

. 3 Starts fine after sittingcold but weather above approximately 40. Icp voltage is 15 while cranking. We let it run for about 5 minutes and shut it for another 5 and then try to start it and same issue except it clears up a lot quicker this time.

Ive replaced the batteries turbo ebp sensor and ipr since it has had the no start.
